Most recent browsers now include a feature to block pop-ups. This feature is also found on most toolbars which you can add to your browser (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.).
Since this feature is activated by default for all pop-ups, the Citibank Online application will not be able to open normally.

Below please find the procedure for solving this problem.

  • Open your Internet browser and click the 'Tools' menu.
  • For Internet Explorer
    • Select:
          Pop-up Blocker
          Pop-up Blocker Settings
    • In the exceptions, enter the following address and click Add:
          *.citibank.be
The filter level can be set to 'Medium'.
    • Now click Close.

    ie

  • For Mozilla Firefox:
    • Select:
      Web Features / Content
    • In the allowed sites, enter the following address by clicking Add and then Allow:
      citibank.be
    • Now click OK.

    ie

If you use other pop-up blockers or browsers with this feature (Opera, Safari, MSN, Yahoo, Google, etc.) do not forget to check that the address above is listed in the exceptions.
